Ruling Pluspower BW & UL with Junk Arm

My question is:
¿Junk Arm can be used with the UL power plus in the same turn you used this item? Because the UL says "Discard at the end of your turn." In that case the item would not be in the discard. But the power of BW Plus does not say anything about discarding it at the end of turn. ¿So in this case i can use Junk Arm?

The B/W Item cards all go immediately in the discard pile even though none of them say this.

Since every time you use a PlusPower now, it goes straight to the discard pile, you can use Junk Arm (discard two other cards in your hand), get back PlusPower, and play it back in the discard pile and you get the effect of +20 damage to their Active Pokemon.
