Ruling plus power / expert belt, (self damage)

do plus power and expert belt add 10/20 damage to recoil damage to your active pokemon?

like tediursa 20 damage 10 damage to itself

would plus power be 30-20
and would expert belt do 40-30

?

* Three cards have been added to the list of errata for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. [...] The text below reflects what the card should say, not what was originally printed. "If the Pokémon PlusPower is attached to attacks, the attack does 10 more damage to the Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance)." This is to match past versions of the card. Q. If I have "Expert Belt" attached to Rampardos and knock out my opponent's Pokemon with "Head Smash", does Rampardos deal 40 or 60 damage to itself?
A. It only deals 40 damage to itself. Expert Belt only adds to damage done to the opponent's Active Pokemon. (Nov 5, 2009 PUI Rules Team)
