You don't have any damage for Rainbow light. IN addition, there's no hp. And, you say its ex, but... it doesn't say "Mew EX"... not bad though... but could be improved.

Okay, if I rate design, it'd be 7,5/10. On the right, where Mew's tail is, it goes a bit over the image corner and the text (font) isn't the best... If I rate it as a Pokemon card, it'd get less for not having HP and that kind of stuff, but I won't rate it, because I don't play Pokemons anymore and don't know if it's good from that view. When I was playing PTCG, only * Pokemons were over corners...
