Oh, and you dont actually need 20+ Atk. Just 31 in HP, Def, and SpD. Dont bother with the other stats.

well, i got a sassy one for me and a sassy one for you, but mine is ev trained - the lot. mine also only has 31 iv's in SpD, but 22 Hp and 20 Def, so it's not all bad. Do you know a good moveset? So far I have:
Vespiquen @ Leftovers
Sassy (+SpD, -Spd)
EV's: 252 hp, 200 def, 56 SpD.
IV's: 22 / 4 / 20 / 18 / 31 / 15
Attack Order
Heal Order
Toxic
Protect
