Is this deck focused on item locking with noivern or damage output(special energy lock)?

Is this deck focused on item locking with noivern or damage output(special energy lock)?
It just depends. If you go against things like night march, all you need to do is just lock their special energy, which will just kill those decks. But for decks without special energy, it is better to lock their items in general, and only use the second attack when you really need the knockout.
