This is just like the "Rate my avatar" and "Rate my sig." games. Rate the above poster's title out of 10. If you'd like, you may also give them a different user title too.
Example:

It's not too hard, just rate the title, and then rename the title. Easy as pie. If you haven't realized, the custom user title is the text under your username, to the right of your avatar. It's still you-person-person-you!
