New “Arceus VSTAR Premium Collection” in September!

As someone who just returned to the game but on a much stricter budget products these new Calyrex Battle Decks and this Arceus collection I can get down with? Always down with getting popular and competitive cards more easily available for newer players. Well done Pokemon!
 
To be honest I won't be getting this since an arceus vstar and v by itself is cheaper and I don't want to waste my money on potentially getting nothing from the packs.
