ok well I I bought 2 boosters today unseen forces I think and I got 2 miss cut cards the thing witht em is the top has hardly any yellow boarder and the bottom has a a thick yellow boarder, are these rare? how much are they worth?

not realy the cards are duskull and torchic they are from crystal gaurdians. cards numbers 66 and 51 hope this helps...
