go into the downstairs of a pokecenter, and a lady gives you the pal pad, you can check your own friend code with it and register others. (Turtwig is an egg so i gotta hatch it, so give me a 5 min heads up when you wanna trade so i can)

it says, "to obtain your friend code, please log on the Nintendo WFC.

have you set up yor connection you can do so at the title screen? are you using a wireless router or nintendo usb connector

Ok, then save and turn of the DS. Then go to the title screen and go to Nintendo WFC Settings.

Then connect to the Nintendo WFC and look at your pal pad. It should then say your friend code...I think?

choose wfc connection at the title screen, are you using the nintendo usb connector or a wireless router
