Strategy
The usual Plasma strategy. Get 3 Deoxys out, use Thundurus to get Special Energy from the discard, use Kyurem to attack, and Lugia to finish.

I reformatted your deck list to meet the expectations.~KA

Sorry. So I would say :

-1 DCE (Lugia only really uses it)
-1 Colress (yes want full bench of Deoxys but 3 is high for a situational card IMO that could draw early)
-1 HTL
+1 Shadow Triad (since deck has so many plasma cards & could get back an HTL)
+2 Tool Scrapper (in new format one Silver Mirror & you would be totally unable to attack)

Regarding my concern about special energies, hard to easily change anything with 3 different
card types & want to be able to attack with Deoxys if necessary (which will be at times).

Also may consider :

+1 Kyurem
-1 Thundurus EX

Since Kyurem is main attacker & with a float stone & switch can use his 120 attack
on consecutive turns.
