Holy crap!

What nature is Electivire? And if possible, could I get the IVs as well?

i dont know how to do iv's, but if you could create a link to a good iv place, that would be a BIG help
 
ok. on metalkid's iv calculator(i found one), what does default level and number of rows mean?
 
Default level is your starting level. In this case level 50. Number of rows is only needed if you acctually need extra rows.

In the level 50 spot type in his HP, ATT, and so on. Leave the evs blank.
Then use a Rare Candy to get his next level stats and so on until you can get his ivs.

Don't save once you have his ivs though, you don't want to waist your rare candies.

well the guy told me it was legit and when i went on PBR, it didnt come up as a bad egg
as for the natures, i am doing a battle, but will check after the battle
