Pokemon most powerful legendary

The most Powerful Stats wise is Lugia. If you add up all the base stats of a lengendary, it'll come up on top.

My fav is Rayquaza. CAUSE IT'S GREEEEENN
 
Ho-oh is pretty powerful too. Just look at his attack in smash bros melee.:)
 
Mewtwo is the best of all of the ones you have listed.:)

Regice=killer Sp. Def. tank of 200.
Mewtwo=Sp. Atk. sweeper of 154.

Most powerful in theory: Jirachi (It's a psychic wish-granter. Control someone's mind and get them to wish what it wants.)
Most powerful stat-wise: Deoxys FR.

Hey, you cant really say one pokemon is better than the other just by putting them against each other (mewtwo learns fire blast anyway lol) Mewtwos mental moveset makes him far more powerful... he's alot faster too, which counts for alot.

And does anyone use deoxys!? I get the feeling he's a little neglected...
 
Hey, why isn't this in the gaming forum anyway? And for those who havent got deoxys... you're not missing much. Really. Apparently Lugia has the highest stats... but he's still cack in battle! O_O

Latios for me, or mewtwo if you're not including hold items.
