Mods- Moniter the boards to check for spammers and other rulebreakers.
Admin- Responsilbity of mods+ ability to change the forums(names of forums, rules, etc.)
Strategists- make card reviews.

I'm not too sure the difference between Supermods and Mods though.

I doubt we need to sticky it. Basically the Admin has "god-mode" on the forums. That will explain everything.

From my experience, supermods tend to be able to do more. IP Ban vs. standard ban, stuff like that,

Supermods indeed have more priviledges; IP ban is the only one I know, but Mods cannot ban - that I know. Admins and Supermods are pretty much alike. Supermods and Admins can change usernames alike; your Strategists write review articles.

Supermods can also remove or change an Avatar or a Signature if it is too big, which Normal Mods can't. They can also ban and change names. Admin, he is like, God here. He can ban, add Moderators, promote Mods to Supermods, change a members' position and everything else to think of. As for us normal Strategists, we write articles and basically represent Pokebeach in the Review part.
