If I were to Upper Hand a Gyarados with the Dragon DNA Poke-Body, could I pick an attack from it's previous stage? The attack says choose one of the defending Pokemon's attack, but Gyarados, not Magikarp, is the Pokemon I'm attacking. Thanks in advance.
 
No. Attacks like that only refer to ones written on the card.
