Ruling Mewtwo Lv. X (D-P Promo)

Hey guys, i was just looking for some rules on this card, and some guidelines on what it specifys to. I use my deck to support the Mewtwo lv. x and I wanted to know this:
does this card just apply to non-evolved pokemon, or ALL basics (like for example an sp or gl charizard) thanks {P}{D}

Yes that also applies to all basic pokemon including SP because they are not evolved pokemon they're basic pokemon.

i thought so, i just didnt want to think id been cheating all this time, lol anyway...

if ya wanna know my strategy here it is:
two gardevoirs on the bench, shoveling two energy a turn to my mewtwo, and a solid amount of energy, and energy recovers in my deck, some energy searches, and a couple mini backup strategys, for those guys like armoldo that like to get all up in my game.

one problem...you don't really have a consistent way to get 3 energies attached per turn
