Whenever an attack makes a Pokemon reference itself, just replace that Pokemon's name with whatever Pokemon is using the attack.
e.g. Parasect MT's Extend Fungus now would have the effect 'Remove 2 damage counters from Mew'.
This doesn't work against attacks like Call for Family which say 'Search your deck for a basic Pokemon named X'. In that case you have to search for a Pokemon with that name.
Short answer: Replacing the name only applies to self-referencing attacks, not those that refer to a species as a whole.
