anyway. so Metagross has the pokebody "each pokemon in play has 20 less hp"
his hp is 130 so due to this its his actual HP is 110

no imagine metagross has 60 damage
if Shiftry RR uses his attack
{D}{C}{C} Seal Off 60
the defending pokemon can't use any Poke-powers or poke-bodies during your opponents next turn.

the damage will take him to 120 damage killing him. but does this mean that his pokebody stops meaning he is not actually dead because his hp is now 130 and he will then die at the end of my turn.

I can't find an official ruling on this, but I believe Metagross would still be KO'd in this instance. Note that the opponent's Poke-Bodies are negated during your opponent's next turn. Metagross' BODY is therefore still in effect during damage calculation and at the end of your turn when you check for KOs.

I agree with Banuffin. The time at which Seal Off begins to take effect is at the start of the opponent's next turn. At the time Metagross got attacked, it was the player's turn, and Seal Off was not in effect.
