Q.Does memory berry, allow you to use poke power or poke body from its previous stage?

Q.If i to attach multi energy to flygon would that let me free retreat any active?
 
A1 - No. Memory Berry only lets you use the attacks of earlier stage, NOT the powers or the bodies. I'd like to know why one would think so, it specifically says attacks after all.

A2 - No. Flygon's body only works with basic energy cards. Multi energy is a special energy card and therefore does not work.
