Melee Help

[Po-Po-Pocchama]

So I picked up Melee again today and noticed I hadn't completed Jigglypuff's Target Test yet. So I gave about an hour and it still won't give (Best being 8) does anybody have any tips on how to beat it?

The last ones, jump and forward B. Use X or Y to midair jump, forward B again. Repeat until you get to the end.

Well its not that hard you just have to have some experience with jigglypuff.
You are probably having trouble at the end so my strat is try to do 1 float per target
and two for the last one.
