I've been testing this list online (I only have one Promo Lurantis so I've been using an additional Kukui) and it has been doing really well. You can get a M Sceptile out first turn with Forest of Giant Plants, or use field blower to remove spirit links for choice band or assault vest. The only thing I would probably change is replacing the assault vest (which I haven't used at all) for another choice band, or take out the choice bands/assault vest for weakness policy (Volcanion wrecks this deck)
Any thoughts?
(and no just because Sceptile is my favourite Pokemon doesn't mean I'm trying to force it to be good, I reckon it actually has a competitive chance)
