I'm thinking it could potentially be the 6 non-ex Gym promos: Drifloon, Drifblim, Pokemon Center Lady, Psyduck, Golduck, and TR Hypnotic Device. Especially with the Hippos being released in Destined Rivals instead of as promos

Now I'm thinking it might be the 3 remaining Professor's Research, the 2 remaining Black Belt's Training and Pokémon Center Lady

If the leaks are real, which apparently they are. Mega Lucario FA is 160 and the SIR version is 179. In this card, we can see Mega Manectric, so it would be the last mega ex of the set.

Lunatone has been revealed. There is now a 50/50 chance that Solrock will also appear in this set.
