Yes, they do, but once you've finished Energy Boning them, it'll probabl just revert anyway.
what if it was attached to Floatzel, Would it count as another water energy making his attack do 60?
Technically... yes. Anything that A) Gets bonuses from energy attachments and B) doesn't require Basic Energies gets the bonus from a Scramble, providing you're losing.
