I'll try to get it on level: 30.
If I can't will you still take the level: 40
Also can you name it it's evo's name please? (as my game is Japanese.)
I'll do the same for the Glameow.
 
As long as I can evolve Glameow into Furugly in my game, it's fine.

Go to the Pokemon Center.
1: Get my Friend code (Found in my thread)
2: Go downstairs.
3: Go in the room & wait for me.
4: Join me (WINRY) in the trade.
5: Trade Glameow for Skuntank.(<pre evo)
6: Say "Thanx or Thank you" for the trade.
7: Go out of the room
8: Evo Glameow.
