Can you use spacial rend if there are no stadium cards in your deck?

If I have an expert belt on Hitmonchan EX, does my opponent take 3 Prize cards or 2?

Do Pluspowers and Expert Belts affect the damage of Honchkrow LV. X's (Mysterious Treasures) Feint Attack?

If I "win" the coin toss and go first, a I allowed to attack on my first turn?

What exactly is a reference (you need a reference in order to use Base Set Charizard in tournaments)?

If I use Self-Destruct, there are only two Pokemon in play, and I KO both of them, who wins?

Do I have to have all of my Pokemon Cards in sleeves in order to play in a tournament?

If the defending Pokemon has 110 HP and an Expert Belt on, Does Salamence's Battle Rush Poke-Power Activate?

Does Unown G prevent the damage from Honchkrow LV. X's Feint attack?

If the only Pokemon I have in play are fossils, do I lose?

Sorry I have so many questions but these all came up recently and I need to know the answers.

Can you use spacial rend if there are no stadium cards in your deck? Yes, but if you don't take a Stadium, you can't discard the Stadium in play.

If I have an expert belt on Hitmonchan EX, does my opponent take 3 Prize cards or 2? Three - Two for Knocking Out a Pokemon-ex, and one more for Expert Belt.

Do Pluspowers and Expert Belts affect the damage of Honchkrow LV. X's (Mysterious Treasures) Feint Attack? - Only if you hit the Active Pokemon. PlusPower and Expert Belt are both effects on Honchkrow, and Feint Attack ignores effects on the Defending Pokemon. PlusPower and Expert Belt also specifically state the added damage only applies to "the Active Pokemon."

If I "win" the coin toss and go first, a I allowed to attack on my first turn? - If you have the Energy to attack, then yes.

What exactly is a reference (you need a reference in order to use Base Set Charizard in tournaments)? A reference is a tournament-legal version of a card released in an older set whose wording has been changed or updated. If you don't have the actual, new version of the card, you can use a printout of the official Card-Dex version. Those are the only allowed references.

If I use Self-Destruct, there are only two Pokemon in play, and I KO both of them, who wins? - Depends on who has more win conditions. If you both take your last Prize with the attack, but you don't have any Benched Pokemon, then your opponent wins because he has two win conditions (no Prizes left, all your Pokemon KOed) to your one (no Prizes left). If you and your opponent have the same number of win conditions, it's Sudden Death.

Do I have to have all of my Pokemon Cards in sleeves in order to play in a tournament? No, but it's all or nothing. If one card does, so too must the other 59 - and they all must be in the same type of sleeve, and any sleeves you use are subject to the Head Judge. If he says you can't use your sleeves for whatever reason (too poor of condition or inappropriate imagery on the backs), you have to either replace the sleeves or play without them.

If the defending Pokemon has 110 HP and an Expert Belt on, Does Salamence's Battle Rush Poke-Power Activate? Yes. Effects to the Defending Pokemon's HP are factored in when triggering that body.

Does Unown G prevent the damage from Honchkrow LV. X's Feint attack? No. Unown G blocks effects of attacks, not direct damage. Feint Attack inflicts direct damage.

If the only Pokemon I have in play are fossils, do I lose? Of course not. When Fossils are in play, they count as {C} Basic Pokemon as well as Trainer cards.
