Use Manectric to deal tons of damage while you setup Black Kyurem EX or more Manectric. Black Kyurem EX deals 200 damage and discards 3 energy, which you can attach to it the next turn with M Manectric's Turbo Bolt (use Float Stone to retreat). Plasma Kyurem to deal with Donphan (Muscle Banded Frost Spear deals 50 to opponent's active and 30 to one of his benched Pokémon. That's 100 on their active Donphan and 30 on their benched one. The benched one is now in KO range of Frost Spear.)
