A man got killed with a single punch after telling someone it's dangerous to ride the bike on the pavement. I don't know what exactly was said throughout the conversation, but that's not even relevant in my opinion. I think the offender should have received a bigger punishment than 4.5 years in prison.

Are you kidding me? That's insane. I know that the guy who threw the punch probably didn't intend to kill the man, so that's why it carries a lesser sentence, but 4.5 years for taking someone's life, who wasn't even threatening the life of anyone, is absurd and downright disturbing. He'll probably get released in less than a year for "good behavior."

Don't worry, they are reviewing it, as people say it's too lenient. Even though killing the man wasn't his intentions, he'll still be in jail for a while, hopefully.

It's on the front page of practically every newspaper here today.
While it obviously wasn't his intention to kill the guy, he had nothing to do with the argument and aggressively attacked him. I personally feel that his sentence is adequate.
