Off the top of my head, I can think of:
Professor Sycamore (at least 3 per deck)
N (at least 2)
Lysandre (at least 1)
Ultra Ball (always 4)
VS Seeker (always 4)
Other commonly used ones include:
Hex Maniac (1 or 2)
Pokemon Ranger (1 or 2)
Max Elixir (generally 4)
Trainer's Mail (any number)
Parallel City (2 or 3)
Sky Field (3 or 4)
