If I use Gyro ball and knock out the defending pokemon, and then, you opponent switch to another pokemon. Can I after use this attack s effect to switch myself and his new active?

Every time you use Gyro Ball, you have the choice of switching Magnezone with one of your bench. Then, if you do, your opponent then switches the Defending Pokemon with one of his/her bench. Then you check for knockouts.

You could use Gyro Ball to force a double-switch again, but remember Magnezone does need to be brought active again at some point.
