I'm not quite sure what the strategy is but from what I understand, here's my suggestions:
I wouldn't use Machamp Gens because Regirock EX does almost the same thing without all the evolution problems. I see you use Rare Candies but I feel those need saved for your Machamp GX's. Also Machoke GRI is good but a lot of popular decks don't do bench damage, other than Alolan Ninetales GX or Tapu Koko, Koko has a weakness to fighting so he's not a huge worry but I see why you would use Machoke GRI to keep Al. Ninetales from hitting bench. Plus, I would try a Zoroak GX line for regular drawing.
-1 Machamp Gens
-1 Machoke GRI
+1 Regirock EX
+1 Buzzwole GX
Max Elixir only works for basic bench, so unless you are using them when Machop is still unevolved or on Buzzwole GX I wouldn't play 3. But if that's the strategy, then play 3.
I can't really do too much without knowing more on the deck.

Zoro is too slow for machamp, gens machamp is better than regi as I aim to fill the bench with Tilly or machamps.
Max elixir works as basics come at any time during the game so I can use them throughout the game as I don't run Brigette for t1 bench fill
