Nearly all SP, with a few Gyarados and 1-2 Gengars, in masters at least.
Con'll be playing SP, Gino I'll assume SP, and the rest of the threat players Sp. But watch for Dylan L with his rogue(Either that or SP).
Seniors: VilePlume variants with most of the "Threat" players playing SP. Make sure to be able to play vs SP well while still having minimal trainers.
Juniors: Only 2 good players. SP for Henry who came in 4th at Nat's last year and top 8'd at Worlds last year also. Other kid who's name is escaping me currently, Griffin? Plays Sp or Gengar variants. Whatever to counter Henry.

I will be attending regionals next week and I will be playing the all so powerful Charizard. I'm very confident in my list and I'm expecting to do well.
