M Venusaur EX attack: (G)(G)(C)(C) 130 damage. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 30 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon.
Honchkrow attack: (C)(C) 10+ damage. This attack does 10 more damage for each damage counter on all of your opponent's Pokémon.
Celebi attack: Put 1 damage counter on each of your opponent's Pokémon.

Strategy: Spread a lot of damage counters to the opponent's Pokemon with M Venusaur (with the help of Victini) and then hit hard with Honchkrow's second attack while loading up another M Venusaur. Promo Celebi is to help putting damage counters.

I didn't want to add Hoopa EX because bench space could be a problem.
Any suggestions? Maybe adding Captivating Pokepuff?
