I run a very similar deck online and I would consider dropping the 3rd Yanmega break and instead put it a revitilizer, it will recover any lost pokemon and combos well will Ultraballs. Also cutting ultraballs to three and sticking know another Lysandre could save you from being locked by Girantina, or Glaceon Ex, and vs Mega Ray you need to be able to pick off Magearna Ex
 
I don't suggest dropping an ultra ball. those get you shaymin and are basically a part of ur draw support.

I do think 3 breaks are too many. one could be a lysandre.

As for revitalizer. I think it is good in this deck. but not when you already have 2 super rods. Maybe drop a super rod for revitalizer
