Hi people!:D I have a question here. Pokémon lv.X counts as evolution, more specifically basic pokémon that have a lv.X, like Darkrai, Cresselia and Regigigas?

No. Pokemon lvl X count as whatever stage they are WHILE THEY'RE LEVELED UP. For example, if cresslia is leveled up, its still a basic. However, cresslia lvl X is only a pokemon (not a basic pokemon or an evolution) while in the deck (and can only be searched out by cards that get a "pokemon" without restrictions, such as it being a basic only).

well does that mean i will be able to search out Pixie Lv.X's with Rosanne's if they count as basic pokemon??

read the level X, does it say Basic?

if it does, then you can get it via roseannes.

However, All LV X cards are LEVEL UP, no stage on it.

^ Not really. You see, Level Up Pokemon cards out of play are considered in their group as Level X. So Roseanne's nor Prof. Elm's Training can get it. But they can be taken by Bebe's since Level X are considered a pokemon.

In play, however, they are either a LV.X Basic or LV.X evolved pokemon.
