Luxray ND + Zekrom/Regigigas EX?

Was just a thought I had looking through the Next Destinies scans today, could the self damage from Luxray's Flash Impact be used for an advantage with Zekrom's Outrage and Regigigas' Raging Hammer? Or if needed, you could put an Evolite on one of them and not have to worry about the downside, and have a decent 60 damage attack on a strong 140 HP Pokemon, for only one energy. Still the matter that it's a stage 2 though and has more trouble setting up than a basic, and also the matter than harming your own Pokemon just to charge their attack is always a downside, and begging for a Catcher to come in and get an easy KO.

Anyway, does this combo have any merit, or not really worth it in the long run?

That will take too long to setup and play. Donphan, landorus, and Tyrannitar are all better options to play if you plan to do an outrage/raging hammer deck, but Tyrannitar is more efficient damage wise, but is still a stage 2. If you plan to use a stage 2, then use tyrannitar, but donphan attacks quicker and can stall with its poke-power. It could also be run with kyurem and reshiram for more type coverage.

Terrakion would be too much of a problem for this deck. Once they can set up a Terrakion, they will repeatedly Land Crush to victory. 1 for 60 does seem flashy at first, but there was a reason players actually used Luxray GL LV.X's Flash Impact. I think Fighting types such as Terrakion give it too much of a problem to be played, unless you feel like adding specific counters to address the threats.

60 damage is just NOT enough in this format. You 4-Shot a big basic with Eviolite, and 3 Shot them otherwise. If Donpan's 60 damage sometime fails to be enough, 60 damage on a stage 2 would be even worse.
