Ruling Lunatone SV's attack

Gravity Wave does 30 damage to active and then to opponent's benched pokemon that have no retreat cost.

So . . . if the opponent has a flygon RR in play with energies to cover all bases (reduce retreat cost to 0) does lunatone's attack do damage to all of those pokemon? Or does it still only affect pokemon that originally don't have a printed retreat cost?

It will do damage to all their Pokemon. Poke-Bodies are always active unless it says otherwise.~Mark
