Lunatone and Alakazam Prerelease Promos from “Mega Evolution” Revealed!

TPCi has revealed two of the four prerelease promos from Mega Evolution: Alakazam and Lunatone! They were shown in a display case at Sweet Suite 2025, a toy industry convention in New York City.
Lunatone - Fighting - HP110
Basic Pokemon
Ability: Lunar Cycle
Once during your turn, if you have Solrock in play, you may discard a Basic [F] Energy card from your hand in order to use this Ability. Draw 3 cards. You can't use more than 1 Lunar Cycle Ability each turn.

Weakness: Grass (x2)

Wow that Lunatone is actually pretty sweet, gives Fighting some nicely needed draw power in GLC. In standard it seems pretty mid when we have better options, but ofc this all depends on if we get a better Solrock than the Call for family one we have rn, which isn't bad per se but it definitely won't cut it.

Sucks that Lunatone is stuck to a once per turn when Zoroark is out here drawing a potential 8 cards a turn. I do hope the solrock is good i desperately want a single prize decks to be truly good. Not just playable but highly tiered

I'm hoping Solrock at least has a good attack like slither wing or a maractus stuck retreat attack. on the other hand, it seems like it may be a fighting one.
