his poke power. can that be used from the bench.

and can i use the first part (look at his hand) if his bench is full?

and if his bench is full and he has a basic do i have to make him out it down and switch it out?

and finally.

tha attack. which means he cant attac me next turn.
can he do an attack that does 20 to me and 10 to each bench?

just doing the 10 to the bench. i though no cause surely that attack is aimed at me so he shouldnt be able to attack at all.

1) No. Lumineon has to be Active for you to use Fin Luster. edit: ninja'd

2) Yes. You can use Fin Luster if your opponent's Bench is full. In this case, you simply look at your opponent's hand.

3) Yes. If your opponent has a Basic Pokemon in his hand, and his bench is not full, you place it down and switch it with the Defending Pokemon (your opponent's active).

4) Elegant Swim just prevents damage done to Lumineon; it does not mean your opponent can't attack (if that were the case, the flavor text would say so). If he does an attack that does 20 to Lumineon and 10 to each of your Bench, your Benched Pokemon each take 10 damage (unless protected by an effect such as Bench Shield or Manectric PL) and Lumineon is unaffected. Your opponent's attack is not just attacking Lumineon; it is attacking Lumineon and all of your Benched Pokemon.
