Looking to use this team on Wi-Fi; please help fix my team.

So I've been using this team on Pokemon Online, and it's been doing pretty well. (I mostly use it in UU, where it truly shines, but it does well in higher tiers too.) But before I actually create this team in game, I wanted to get some people's input.
So, here goes.

Bruce (Hitmonlee) (M) @Normal Gem
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Fake Out
-Hi Jump Kick
-Stone Edge
-Thief

My lead, Hitmonlee. What he's made to do is land a boosted Fake Out, then get the speed boost from Unburden, and do as much damage as he can until he dies. It's surprisingly effective, unless my opponent leads with a ghost type, in which case I'm forced to switch out.

Ping (Empoleon) (F) @Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Stealth Rocks
-Roar

My special wall, Empoleon. She's obviously not the bulkiest Pokemon, but she has a boatload of resistances, so serves really well. I usually switch into her after Bruce is taken out. When I can do damage, I attack. But otherwise, I set up rocks & Roar everything for residual damage until something comes out that I can do damage too.

Justice (Arcanine) (F) @Fire Gem
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
-Close Combat
-Flare Blitz
-ExtremeSpeed
-Wild Charge

One of my favorite Pokemon, Arcanine. Not really much of a sweeper, so I don't know what to refer to her as. But I have ExtremeSpeed for when my opponent's Pokemon has a sliver of health left, and doesn't resist Normal. I'm running Justified & Close Combat to be able to predict & switch into a dark type move, get the attack raise, Close Combat the opposing dark type, & attempt to sweep after the attack boost. The Fire Gem is to ensure that I can OHKO Pokemon that are weak to Flare Blitz. Wild Charge so I'm not totally walled by, and at least have an option against water types.

TankYou! (Rhyperior) (M) @Choice Band
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Atk / 120 HP / 138 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Megahorn
-Ice Punch

My general go-to Pokemon, and the evolved form of my all time favorite Pokemon. Nothing in the game can safely switch in to a Choice Banded Rhyperior. With EQ, Stone Edge, Megahorn & Ice Punch, I get perfect coverage, I'm pretty sure. I have 120 EVs in HP to get my overall HP just over 400. 138 Spd EVs so I'm not outsped by EVERYTHING. The only problem I really have with Rhyperior is that most of the time, he can be OHKO'd by almost any SAtk Water type move, even Scald.

Smokyy (Drifiblim) (F) @Flame Orb
Ability: Flare Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SpD
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
-Shadow Ball
-HP Fighting
-Trick
-Hex

Smokyy, the Drifiblim. The Flame Orb gets him burned, he gets the 50% SAtk boost from Flare Boost, and then he does damage up until he's about to die, where he then uses Trick to get my opponent burned, and potentially ruin them in taking away their item. The set is pretty self explanatory. I only have Hex in there incase I live one more turn after I use Trick. The set does alright, but I'm not against replacing Drifiblim.

Fox. (Linoone) (M) @Toxic Orb
Ability: Quick Feet
EVs: 252 Atk / 204 Spd / 52 HP
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Facade
-Seed Bomb
-Trick
-Shadow Claw

Linoone, the terrifying late-game sweeper. He comes out, he's poisoned by the Toxic Orb, Quick Feet gives him a 50% Speed boost, Facade goes up to a crazy base power of 210 after STAB, and Fox proceeds to Stolen everything. ... Everything that isn't a steel type. Fox is almost totally walled by steel types. But other than that, he does amazingly. I saw this set used in a battle online, and I figured I had to try it. 52 EVs in HP so he can take a hit or two, and isn't totally frail.

Thanks in advance for the feedback! I'm open to any suggests.

RE: Help my team?

Sorry I didn't get back to this for a while. Finals Week has been hectic.

Hitmonlee is definitely an underrated thread, with the extra speed it can clean up lots of teams, and you have a few Pokémon (Rhyperior and Arcanine) that actually do a great job of breaking down physical walls. (Yes everybody. Fire Gem Arcanine is actually a legitimate strategy.) I think with some changes to the last two Pokémon your team will be ready to go.

Linoone and Drifblim are definitely unique Pokémon, however I feel they really need Dual Screen support to work. They just aren't bulky enough to pull off sweeps without them. They are also extremely hard to support, even after dual screens. They require basically a whole team around them. I think there are a few Pokémon you coudl look to instead.

I would switch Drifblim to something that helps out against Sableye. Chandelure would be a decent option, it can use Will-o-Wisp burns to its advantage. If you use Chandelure, I Would try:
Chandelure @Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
Timid nature
252 SpATK/4 SpDef/252 Spe
~Fire Blast
~Shadow Ball
~Energy Ball
~Trick/Hidden Power Fighting

You might want to try Roserade as well. It can use Spikes or Toxic Spikes to support the team, it doesn't care about whether or not Sableye has Foul Play, it switches into bulky waters easily (which your team could use), and it also has massive Special Attack. Try:
Roserade @Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
Timid nature
252 SpAtk/4 SpDef/252 Spe
~Leaf Storm/Giga Drain
~Toxic Spikes/Spikes
~Sludge Bomb
~Sleep Powder/Rest

In place of Linoone, you need something to help out against Heracross. There are several options, but Crobat and Zapdos would be the best ones. (If you use Scarf Chandelure, it helps out a little as well, but not much.) You can use one of these two sets
Crobat @Black Sludge (like Leftovers, but it only works for Poison types)
Trait: Inner Focus
Jolly nature
176 HP/192 Atk/4 SpDef/136 Spe
~Brave Bird
~Roost
~Taunt
~U-turn/Super Fang/Toxic

U-turn keeps momentum on your side, Super Fang will weaken Bronzong as it switches in, which can help Hitmonlee in the long run. Toxic can be used as well to get stuff like Cofagrigus, which also aids Hitmonlee greatly.

If you opt for Zapdos, try this:
Zapdos @Life Orb
Trait: Pressure
Timid nature
252 SpAtk/4 SpDef/252 Spe
~Thunderbolt/Volt Switch
~Heat Wave
~Hidden Power Ice or Grass
~Roost

If you want, a more physically defensive spread of 248 HP/224 Def/24 Spe can be used with a Bold nature. You would also want to be holding Leftovers instead of Life Orb.

A couple of other minor fixes: Use Intimidate or Flash Fire on Arcanine. Intimidate helps it switch into Heracross and company easier, but Flash Fire makes that first Flare Blitz absurdly powerful. On Hitmonlee, use either Blaze Kick or Return on Hitmonlee instead of Thief. Thief is useless. Blaze Kick helps against Heracross as well as Bronzong, while Return hits Nidoking and Nidoqueen. Sucker Punch can be used too for Ghost-types, but the most common ones are Chandelure (which Stone Edge hits), Cofagrigus (which survives it anyways), and Sableye (which is going to burn you with Prankster Will-o-Wisp), so it doesn't really help against much. Mew is all really.
