really people are paying 15.50 for it i would only pay 9.00 thats an old card for the tcg format

$35!? You could get way better cards online...
35 is kinda overpriced. Bid up to 25, and if you still don't get it it's just tough luck.
But wailord ex is always going for much more than this. If you think 35 dollars is bad then you should see english ebay. Wailord is not the most expensive ex but it is quite high.
I know how it goes high, but more than $25 is just a waste for a card imo.

Here is a further bit of advice. If you are planning to bid on something from ebay I suggest you do not tell everybody. If more people see the link then you will have more competition!
