Ruling Legends and damage calculations?

This randomly came to mind and got me thinking.

If I have an Active Raikou&Suicune Legend out and attack my opponents donphan prime, how does the damage break down?

Donphan is weak to water, but resistant to electricity.

Raikou&Suicune Legend is a water type, but also an electric type.

Not just donphan, but any pokemon like this. How is damage calculated?

Weakness is always applied first, then resistance.

For example, if it used Aurora Gain (50 Damage) First you would multiply it by 2 for weakness (50*2=100), then you would subtract 20 for the resistance (100-20=80), then finally, apply Donphan's Pokebody to subtract 20 more damage (80-20=60)
