You can use:
~Single color sleeves (or transparent sleeves)
~Pokemon themed sleeves
Regardless, any sleeves you use must have the same border all around the outside (that means the Articuno/Zapdos/Moltres sleeves aren't legal). If you are at a tournament, a TO or Judge will be able to tell you if your sleeves are legal. If they are not, you will be asked to resleeve.
