Latin America's Nationals Requirements

What are the requirement in play nationals in South America like Mexico?

I believe it is the same as the US. I think.

Its not the same thing for every country... in argentina, for example, you must first win an event like league challenges,cities, states, regionals...
in most of the other countries, i think, is an open thing, and you only must pay the inscription.

In Brazil you need to have 7 PP in order to participate in a National Championship (2 PP are obtained for each City you participate, and 3 PP for every Regional).

By the way, Mexico is not part of South America
