If I have a floatzel g lv x on my bench and a lanturn prime active and I use his poke power the same turn he is knocked out. Does water rescue apply to lanturn prime?

Underwater Dive only lasts until the end of your own turn, remember. Water Rescue does not apply, because Water Rescue only triggers when a {W} type Pokemon you control is Knocked Out by damage from an opponent's attack. By that time it is your opponent's turn, and Lanturn is no longer {W} type.
