Kyurem? Seriously? This is the currently question when ppl on the league see this deck. Unbelievable! And this is what I heard after a battle.
YES PEOPLE, faith in Kyurem restored! This misunderstooded monster is working!
Slap Kling Klang, Beat Lions, Slap Darkrai Tornadus (haaaaard battle) and Empoleon Terrakion wasn't even fun, too easy.
But there is a problem, I'm having problems to transpose this deck into the new rotation.
Pokémon: 9
3 {W} Kyurem NV
1 {W} Kyurem EX NEX
3 {C} Tornadus EP
1 {C} Tornadus EX DEX
1 {W} Basculin (Blue) NEX (R U Serious? Yep, for fun :B)
T/S/S: 35
3 Switch
4 Catcher
4 Energy Switch (say hello to the new Shaymin
)
4 EXP. Share (secondary acceleration)
3 Plus Power
2 SSU
3 Dual Ball
1 Super Rod
1 Energy Retrieval
3 PONT
3 Juniper
2 N
2 SAB
Energy: 16
12 {W}
4 {C}{C} DCE
Strategy: Preferably start with Tornadus, if possible looking for some Kyurem or EX, depending on situation, also searching for Tornadus EX, again depending on how donkable the situation is. In a normal situation you just attach a DCE on Tornadus, sit a Kyurem on bench and pass. T2 you can start Hurricaning and empowering Kyurem. Fill the bench is awesome, cause will make your opponent do the same (most of times) which is good for you. After few Hurricanes (two times is absolutely necessaire to safely put your Kyurem as active after Tornadus been knocked out) you'll be able to play Glaciate all around.
Notes:
Kyurem EX - awesome against KlinKlang EX. Catchering around and eliminating energies makes that deck slow enough to make your game play easy to build.
Tornadus EX - THE donk boy. 60 dmg T1 is absolutely great, needless to say.
Energy Switch - After playing Lions a lot I see the great value this card have, indeed is the new Shaymin. The last situation I used I had Kyurem EX active and 3 Kyurem + 1 Tornadus benched, all with EXP. Share attached in. Kyurem EX fainted and each energy goes to each pokemon, so with energy switch in hand I was able to attack with any pokemon.
SSU - Situational. Sometimes to keep EXs alive, sometimes to get some DCE attached to put on another pokemon.
Basculin - I like this pokemon, maybe because I'm from Brazil, and Basculin remind me of Piranhas from amazon forest, hehehe.... Anyway, he's funny to play, start with him isn't bad at all.
Guys, any advices are welcome, so please don'd hold any words. Thanks!
