Salac Berry increases the holder's Speed by 1.5x when the holder's HP is less than 25%.

And here's how Rattata beats Kyogre:

Go Kyogre, go Rattata
Drizzle activates
Kyogre uses (move that kills Rattata)
Rattata hangs on with Focus Band
Rattata uses Endeavor
rain
Rattata uses Quick Attack
Kyogre faints

It's got a 7-8% chance of working, but it works!

With proper setup, legends shouldn't need to use Endure.

Watching that video reminds me of how much I hate Explosion teams.

I've never heard of Endure on legendaries... that dude was lucky he had it.

Yeah sure!
If kyogre uses the move that kills rattata how can she/he be alive to use focus band? Endeavor did u mean Endure?
 
Kyogre is better than Groudon...heres why:

Kyogre:
- Has a weather effect that supports its water element. An element which is supported by its type.
- Has a high special attack, therefore allowing one to maximise the use of its water moves and special moves overall
- Has high special def, but low def...WHO CARES? no one...know why? because Kyogre has no Physical weaknesses, and its high special def can withstand most super effective hits
- Can learn thunder...im not even going to go there
- if it comes up against a lightning type, sure it could be in trouble...but remember the special defense ;)
- can learn ice beam, a near staple move for most water type pokemon
- is haxed when it uses sheer cold (I hit more often than not)

Groudon:
- has a great weather effect to support its fire moves...too bad its special attack is crap
- all the good moves it learns are special
- has GREAT defence, but low special defence...and a lot of special weaknesses :p
- doesnt have a great range of moves

The best one is Espeon, although it gets pwned by Umbreon. Anyway, the best dog is Raikou, as he has no weakness against the other dogs and he can own Suicune. And Jirachi is way better than Celebi. Celebi has horrible stats, if u see.
 
Espeon is hte best, but if u train a Flareon right, you'll win against any of 'em (even vaporeon).

and Kyogre is always the best one.

- I like Kyogre better, 'still I think Groudon looks cool
- Lugia is far more better than some stupid Ho-oh:p
- Latios looks cooler than Latias
- Blastoise and Charizard are some of my favourites
- Mewtwo and Mew are supercool
