basic strategy swarm kingdra prime
fast set up T2 u can have 1 donphan prime/1 kingdra prime
if i have a bad hand i could go for mantine or cleffa.
i dont know if i should focus on speed
or use mantine to set up kingdra
because i can set up kingdra because of PETM

Nice idea, but I think 4-4 Donphan is too much. Try with a 3-3 line, using it just as a tech against Magnezone or a 2nd hitter when needed.
I'd put just one Mantine, 2 are too many IMHO. Instead of Juniper and Copycat I think PONT is better; also, I really don't like FSL: put instead of her 2 Rescue Energies, maybe taking out the mono DCE (IMHO not needed). In a deck fast as this, I think, because you have the Junk Arm too, some Pokemon Reversal could work very well.
So:
- 1-1 Donphan
- 1 Mantine
- 3 Juniper
- 2 Copycat
- 1 Flower Shop Lady
- 1 DCE
+ 4 Professor Oak's New Theory
+ 2 Rescue Energy
+ 4 Pokemon Reversal

Uh, and maybe 5 water and 4 fight are better...

Oh, maybe take out a PlusPower for the fourth candy... in a deck faster like this evolve ASAP Kingdra is a must.
