Strategy: Start with cleffa to setup game, get kingdra prime to put 1 damage to 1 of my opponent pokemon and snipe with Mandibuzz c:
Zoroark to kill reshiram and bouffalant to kill zekrom

Any suggestion? i want to make a speed deck with this
 
Good sniping deck, although I'd -2 Bouflaunnt and +2 PlusPower, as it will be enough (with PlusPower 120+10=130= dead legendary) to OHKO Reshiram and Zekrom if you use Foul Play from Zoroark. And one more thing is that Stage 2s don't make very good components for speed decks.
 
More Rare Candy are needed here IMO. At least one more or max it out.

Don't know what to take out, probably the copy cat's. I don't see their purpose here.

SO:

-2 Copy Cat
+2 Rare Candy

IF you can draw into these, your going on great, that way your Kingdra are set up much faster.

Also take out the Energy Exchanger for 2 Professor Juniper. These will speed up your deck early game. Extra draw is much better than dead draw.

I think 2 or 3 rarecandy is good cuz i only have 2 stage 2, what do u think?
 
I have a near identical deck, 'cept its' more like this:

4-2-2/2 Kingdra Prime/UL(UL is for Reshiram/any other Fire Pokemon)
4-4 Mandibuzz BW (Gengar Prime counter/ snipes for 50 ;))
2-2 Donphan Prime (OHKOs Zekrom with one spray splash)
3 Cleffa HS

3 Dark Energies
3 Water Energies
3 Fighting Energies

I'm currently re doing my list of T/S/S
but if you run Donphan, run 2 switch ;)

80/20 for LostGar
60/40 Blastzel
50/50 Reshiboar
60/40 Zekrom Donk

Haven't played much else with it, but it's a fairly decent deck. Although, I think Chandelure will be better.
 
I like chandelire but he needs to be active.
I think, zoroark is better than kingdra UL but kingdra UL is a good option c:
I will try some like ur deck and i choose the better option
