Elm's only gets your Torchics, either replace it with Apricorn Maker and go full Nest Balls or go full Lillie and Nest Balls, not both.
Since you're accelerating and replacing energy with Blaziken, you don't need Energy Recyclers or Energy Retrievals, one Energy Recycle System should be enough.
2 Blaziken lines are not enough, you should have at least 3 with 4 Rare Candy. Magcargo is alright at 2-2, but Magcargo-GX should go, you've got better acceleration in Blaziken.
You don't have anything in the deck that can take a hit, get back with Acerola and hit again, so you can safely remove her.
You'll need 2 more basic energy so that you'll have enough to both discard and attach each turn.
1-2 Erika's Hospitality should complete the card draw Supporter line-up of your deck.
