Thanks! It's manga, that's why there's no color. And it's Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura. I didn't use a software, I just drew it by hand.

I must say, it's very nice. I don't think I could ever draw like that. Sigh, I haven't watched the show for a very long time. Perhaps I should run through season 1 again.
