1. Way, way way too many energies. This deck shouldn't be running more than 10, 4 rainbow, 4 DCE and then maybe 2 basic energies. Rainbow energies can be counted as water energies for Manaphy's ability. You should never run x3 Brock either, that's a one of card especially in an EX deck.
2. Why do you have both fairy garden and fairy energy in a deck that has no fairy energy requirements when you're already running Manaphy and one of your primary attackers has a 0 retreat cost anyways?
3. Why if you have a manaphy, water energy, AND fairy garden plus fairy energy would you run 4 switch?

It seems like you've got some sort of mobility obsession with this list, if you want to run a hyper mobile immunity toolbox I'd go like x3 Jolteon-EX, x2 Glaceon-EX, x4 Mew FAC, x1 Magearna-EX and then include a few escape ropes for anti-lysandre stall. It's obvious this is a future minded list, but staples like VS seeker won't leave standard until September, and Sycamore is guaranteed to be around until the 2018 rotation with his new reprint.
